FIV Match is a free intermediary service that connects patients with private fertility clinics in Romania. We are not a medical clinic, do not provide medical advice, do not diagnose conditions, and do not recommend treatments.

2. Eligibility

The service is intended for individuals aged 18 or older who are interested in fertility treatments in Romania. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. User obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in the request form
• Not use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Not submit false or misleading information
• Not attempt to disrupt the operation of the website

4. Nature of the service

FIV Match acts solely as an intermediary. We do not guarantee:

• The availability or quality of partner clinic services
• Medical outcomes of treatments
• The accuracy of information provided by clinics
• Contact within a specific timeframe

The medical relationship is established directly between you and the clinic. FIV Match is not a party to this relationship.

5. Free of charge

The FIV Match service is and will remain free for patients. Partner clinics are the ones who compensate the matching service.

6. Intellectual property

All website elements (text, design, logo, source code) are the property of FIV Match and are protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

FIV Match does not assume liability for:

• Medical decisions made based on information received through the service
• The quality of services provided by partner clinics
• Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service
• Temporary service interruptions due to technical reasons

8. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect on the date of publication on this page.
